Electrical Services Rates

Residential Electrical Condition Reports (EICRs)

Our electrical condition reports provide a thorough evaluation of your property’s safety standards, giving you peace of mind. Pricing is structured based on property size:
  • 1 Bedroom

    £199 + VAT- For up to 6 circuits (£20.00 per circuit thereafter)

  • 2 Bedrooms

    £249 + VAT - For up to 8 circuits (£20.00 per circuit thereafter)

  • 3 Bedrooms

    £299 + VAT - For up to 12 circuits (£20.00 per circuit thereafter)

  • 4 Bedrooms

    £399 + VAT - For up to 15 circuits (£20.00 per circuit thereafter)

  • 5 Bedrooms or more

    £TBC + VAT - To be confirmed via site survey or photographic evidence*

Photographic evidence of existing electrical systems or fuse board layout may be required.

PAT Testing

  • Residential PAT Test

    £99.00 + VAT - Minimum fixed price for up to 10 appliances.

Residential Electrician Rates

  • Minimum Price (1st Hour)

    £127.50 + VAT

  • Each Hour After

    £100 + VAT - Charged in half-hour increments

  • Half Day Rate (Min. 4 Hours)

    £280 + VAT - Save £102.50

  • Day Rate (Min. 8 Hours)

    £500 + VAT - Save £162.50

Plumbing & Gas Engineer Rates

Our team of plumbers and gas engineers provide reliable services tailored to your needs, with flexible rates for varying job durations.
  • Minimum Price (1st Hour)

    £142.50 + VAT

  • Each Hour After

    £95 + VAT - Charged in half-hour increments

  • Half Day Rate (Min. 4 Hours)

    £320 + VAT - Save £107.50

  • Day Rate (Min. 8 Hours)

    £600 + VAT - Save £147.50

Boiler & Gas Safety Servicing Rates

Our boiler and gas safety services are designed to maintain and improve the efficiency of your system.
Rates for each service are detailed below.
  • Basic Service

    £120 + VAT - Based on 1 hour’s labour

  • Full Service

    £220 + VAT - Based on 1 hour’s labour

  • Gas Safety Report

    £120 + VAT

  • Combined Basic Service & Gas

    £220 + VAT - Save £20

  • Combined Full Service & Gas Safety

    £295 + VAT - Save £45

Note: Boiler services are based on a standard 1-hour site time for a typical boiler. Additional costs may apply if further inspections or parts are needed.

1. Parking, Congestion Charges, and Materials: Our rates do not include any parking or congestion charges, nor material costs if required.

2. Geographical Coverage: Rates apply to properties within a 10-mile radius of our Head Office in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Additional charges may apply for properties beyond this area; please confirm upon booking.

3. Fixed Price Estimates: Available through a site survey by one of our engineers. For more details, please contact our booking team.

4. Payment Terms: Payment is due on the day of satisfactory completion of the work. Certification for electrical or gas work is issued only upon receipt of full payment.
